Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

Diamond Healthcare Corporation's mission is to provide high quality healthcare services in an efficient and ethical manner. We will ensure that business practices are conducted in an honest and proper manner and prohibit behaviors including, but not limited to: patient neglect, kickbacks, bribes, rebates, fraud and abuse.

We will be responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable standards, policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
