Diamond Conference A Success

More than 250 people, with nearly 90 hospitals represented, attended Diamond’s Annual Conference in Richmond, VA and left feeling excited, rejuvenated and reconnected.

The Art of Communication in the Information Age was the conference theme and focused on the flow of communications among Diamond employees, our hospitals and the communities we serve.  

Wayne Griffith, the CEO of Princeton Community Hospital in West Virginia, delivered an exceptional presentation on “The Importance of Sound Communication – To Send and To Receive” that focused both on his personal and work experiences. The honesty and openness of Mr. Griffith’s presentation captivated the audience.

Mark Byrne, CEO of AssureRx, created company wide excitement over the announcement of Diamond’s initiative with AssureRx and the rollout of pharmacogenetics to the behavioral healthcare market place.

Diamond’s annual conference brings together new and seasoned employees from 29 states to learn and share knowledge and ideas. It provides a venue for coworkers in similar positions across the U.S to make connections and create a supportive environment for each other.
