WHO WE ARE:

The Heritage Program for Senior Adults is a mental health outpatient treatment program that provides individualized intensive treatment to older adults who suffer from psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral disorders.  The program offers patients the opportunity to improve their quality of life by reducing their distress and increasing their ability to function independently.  

The Heritage Outpatient Program operates Monday through Friday.  A licensed multidisciplinary treatment team provides treatment.  Participants are treated in the least restrictive environment and are able to return to their homes each evening.

OUR MISSION:

The mission of Diamond/Heritage Health Services Corporation is to assist hospitals in providing the highest level of cost effective mental health care to the growing percentage of the senior population suffering from mental illness.  Our goal is to serve senior adults and their families with the respect and individual attention they deserve, and to assist patients in attaining an enhanced quality of life in the best of physical and mental health.

OUR HISTORY:

Diamond/Heritage Health Services is a mental health management company based in Houston, Texas.  Founded in 1994, Heritage partners with over 30 acute care hospitals in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, Louisiana and Oklahoma to provide quality psychiatric services.
